Arik Schor

Chairman

A seasoned executive leader of industrial companies, Arik joined Tadbik after acting as CEO of Tnuva. Arik won in 2016 the MAI Prize by The Manufacturers Association of Israel for leading the Israeli industry. He holds a B.A degree in Computer Science and B.Sc in Civil Engineering, both from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Gili Drory

Corporate CEO

The General Manager of the Tadbik Corporate and CEO of CLP Industries.  Before spearheading the Corporate, he acted as Managing Director of TAT – Tadbik Advanced Technologies also a  Tadbik subsidiary. He holds an MBA degree from Babson College, Boston.

Eyal Shechter

Corporate CFO

Eyal has a vast experience in leading global finance, operations & IT both in multinational and Israeli companies (publicly traded & private).
Prior to joining Tadbik Eyal served as the CFO of Wissotzky Group after serving as the CFO of Albaad (TASE).
He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Tel-Aviv University in Israel.

Israela Bait Halachmy

Site Manager – Tadbik Galil

With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, initially in the technological and R&D fields and later on as plant manager and CEO, Israela brings a unique strategic perspective, leadership qualities and proven business successes. Israela holds BSc and MSc in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion Institute.

Ronen Leizarovich

VP Sales & Marketing

With 25 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing management, Ronen brings vast knowhow of the plastic industry. Formerly, he served as VP Sales at Gallis as well as in at Plasto Sac. He holds a B.A.  Business Management and Marketing degree from Ramat Gan College.

Shiri Shani

VP Human Resources

A professional Human Resources leader with wide HR experience from leading-edge global companies.
Shiri holds a B.A. and an M.A. degree in Social Sciences from Tel-Aviv University, along with various degrees in the managerial and human resources fields from Tel-Aviv University.

Eli Lerer

CLP Plants Manager

A senior executive having vast experience in the Chemical and Metallurgical industries.Prior to joining Tadbik, Eli served as the VP of ICL Magnesium Business and the Operations VP of the Magnesium and Chemical Products plants at ICL Dead Sea. Eli brings more than 25 years of experience in leading complex operations.Eli holds a B.Sc. degree in Materials Engineering and M.B.A. in Business Management from Ben Gurion University.

Derrick Ratleff

CEO of Tadbik USA

A Veteran Professional with a demonstrated 20+ year history of working in the food, pharmaceutical, medical device and CPG packaging and manufacturing industry.
Derrick holds a B.S. and a M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, along with a MBA of Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Amit Drory

CEO of T4Pex, Labels Division

Amit demonstrates entrepreneurship in the management of T4Pex. His expertise includes Business Development with emphasis on productivity and creativity as well as identifying market trends. Formerly, he held various management positions in Tadbik. Amit holds a B.A.  in Business Administration and Finance degree from The College of Management Academic Studies.

Sharon Rozenblat

ADV., General Counsel

An experienced commercial lawyer. Worked as a lawyer at Fischer, Bechar, Chen, Well, Orion and Co. Law firm
Former General Counsel of ‘Delek’, the Israeli fuel Corporation Ltd. And ‘Amidar’, The Israeli Public Housing Ltd.
He holds a Law degree from Bar- Ilan university and an EMBA degree from Tel- aviv university.

Ze'ev Sporen

Senior Manager

having vast experience in global manufacturing companies, brings more than 25 years of experience in diverse technological industries. Prior to joining Tadbik, Ze’ev served as COO of Packer Shefi-steel Construction, Director Operations at Vishay Intertecnology and Engineering manager at Motorola. Ze’ev holds B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering & Management and M.B.A. in Business Management from Ben Gurion University.
